ABOUT OUR AGENCYI’ve been an agent for 8.5 years and have spent a total of 33.5 years with State Farm. We currently have a team of nine, and our culture is friendly, laid-back, and growth-focused. Our team brings over 104 years of combined experience to the table, and we’re passionate about helping people protect and grow their assets. We take pride in fostering a collaborative, supportive environment where everyone contributes to our shared success.
Community involvement is a core part of who we are. We’ve participated in projects like a Habitat for Humanity build, beach cleanups, and we support Neighbor to Neighbor—a nonprofit that helps homebound individuals get to their medical appointments. ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs a Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member with Kelly O'Brien - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on identifying customer needs, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and consistently exceeding sales goals.
In this role, you’ll combine exceptional communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a passion for helping people. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
 - Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
 - Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
 - Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently.
 
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
 - Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
 - Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results.

          Compensation $65,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
